Principal preferred 50% Personal Assistant tasks and 50% Estate Management tasks. This position was for a private UHNW (ultra-high net worth) family that required an NDA to be signed.

Principal required our services within multiple properties. We hired and managed a staff of seven in the primary home. We managed a part time staff of two in the properties out of state. The principal preferred discreet estate management. We lived out primarily but lived in while the principal traveled, to care for the principals animals.

6,200 SQ FT

Principal was a retired Professional Athlete, with only one main property to manage. Principal required a staff of three not including ourselves. This staff consisted of a housekeeper, groundskeeper, and chauffer. Principal required payroll, yacht management, and personal assistant services.
